Get taller stretching exercises

Today I woke up with a renewed sense of faith in myself. True there will always be some problems in your way, family problems, money problems , work problems. But don't let these things pull you down or ruin your day.

I believe that exercising and working out will somehow give you the determination and strength to go on. So that's what I did early morning. Even if you are tired some good stretches might do you good.

I recently came across some stretching exercises that can help you grow taller. I know it may sound ridiculous, what more I'm in my late thirties. Still what have I got to lose. Who knows I might even grow taller. Even if I don't, these stretching exercises are great. It helps me to get a good posture and stretch out some muscles I've long forgotten about.

So here's the link to these grow taller stretching workouts.

Setting goals

Have you ever thought how crazy life seems some times. How your life doesn't seem to go the way you had hoped it would. How nothing seems to go the way you expected.

All of a sudden you feel out of control. Helpless and lost. Back in high school you had high hopes to get good education, secure a good job, get married and and have a family. A few years down the road, you realise that some things may not turn the way you dreamed BUT ....

Fortunately there are somethings in life that's still within your control. You can control what you eat, how you eat, drink and exercise so that you can not only LOOK GREAT but FEEL HAPPY.

In order to achieve this, setting our goals is an important step for us to look great, feel happy and be in control of our life. Have a good reason why you want to look great, it can boost up our confidence and our self image aswell as improve our health and wellbeing. It also means you have a greater choice of clothes that you can fit in, look great and sexy.

Setting goals is easy but make sure they are achievable. Setting very high standards and failing to achieve them will only make you feel demotivated. Write your goals down so that you can look at them from time to time to stay focused and as a reminder of what you should achieve and a deadline to achieve these goals.

Second don't forget to visualize yourself looking great. If possible make a snapshot of it in your memory , so that you can look at it when you're feeling down and feel motivated again. These goals don't have to be difficult they can be simple and practical like this :

  • 1st week: Exercise for 5-10 minutes daily, drink only sugar free water. Instead of coffee or tea with sugar try green tea which is sugarfree and a source of antioxidants.

  • 2nd week : Increase intensity of exercise, eat more veggies and fruits. Veggies & fruits are loaded with vitamins, minerals and fiber that boost your health.
  • 3rd week : Increase weight training exercises, cut down on desserts and processed foods. Desserts and processed foods are loaded with sugar and sodium which if taken in excess leads to diabetes, high blood pressure and lots of health problems.

  • 4th week onwards : Increase organic food in diet, cut down on fatty food, exercise regularly. Fatty foods are high in calories and cholestrol which is bad for your health and heart.

There you have it. The next step is to implement these goals in to your life. Sounds so simple but take it one step at a time and you'll get there eventually. Make sure you take action because things done get done by themselves. You gotta work at it baby, work it, work it.

Remember to keep yourself motivated by setting a target such as to lose 1kg each week or to lose a few centimetres round your waistline and fit into the great looking pair of jeans or jacket you spotted at the mall.

Don't forget to make a logbook of your progress daily , weekly or monthly whichever suits you best as long as you know you're working your goals and making progress.

Finally reward yourself when you have achieved certain targets as it could boost up your motivation. Reward yourself by buying a new jacket or something that you've always wanted. If possible, avoid rewarding yourself with food items that's just going to set you back but with something that you can remind yourself of your achievement and the prize for achieving them.

So come on set your goals and get into action. It's the first step to the great looking you, the healthier you. Get healthy, feel great look great.
