How to Get Motivated to Exercise

Have you had one of those days when you just don't feel like exercising. I know I do. There are days when I just don't feel like exercising and this is bad. Not only for those who wish to lose weight but also eventually when you just drop exercise from your daily routine, then eventually your metabolism is gonna drop. And when your metabolism drops it gets harder to lose weight.
